Welcome to Marsden Properties!

Our properties are located on peaceful, quiet streets in Herkimer, NY close to the HCCC shuttle route.  They are well maintained and since we manage just three properties we are able to provide extra personal attention to our tenants. 

All of our units have been recently renovated and are fully furnished.  The exteriors are well lit and monitored with security cameras.

Included in our units:
 - All utilities; gas, heat & electric
 - Wireless internet service
 - Cable TV service included in each room
 - Trash removal
 - Laundry facilities
- Bedrooms include; standard twin size beds, dresser, mirror, desk, chair & lamp
- Kitchen includes table & chairs and all appliances including; refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster.  Fully equipped with silverware, dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils.  Everything you need!
- Living rooms include; chairs, coffee table, end table, lamps and TV
